Remnants of the Kaibab Sea.
Through the limestone and the shale,
Let me hike Bright Angel Trail.
Rocks of Ages seem to be
Older than antiquity.

Hermit, Supai, Toroweap:
Sedimentary layers deep.
Darkened depths of Vishnu Shist:
Metamorphic evidence.
Rocks of Ages, show to me,
Grand Canyon geology.
